Heinz’s artistic vision is a testament to his multicultural upbringing, enriched by playing in punk bands, a pure love of classic cinema and collaborating with artist friends from around the world.

With his video camera, he began documenting the subcultures of the Central American punk scene. His obsession with film took him to Spain, where he studied Film Directing in Madrid, moving on to tell beautiful stories found in our contemporary culture and the poignant, often emotional core of everyday life.

Now based in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, Heinz’s scope of work extends to projects in the United States, Latin America and Europe. His memorable commercials for clients such as Adidas, HP, Pepsi, T-Mobile, Zillow, Netflix, Sanofi and Mondelez International are a testament to his ability to create beautiful narratives that capture the essence of diverse cultures.
